Kami Fehlig, Au.D. - Director of Audiology
Dr. Fehlig is the Director of Audiology at Spokane ENT where she has been employed since 1994. She received her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders from Eastern Washington University in 1991. From there she went on to receive her Masters of Arts in Speech & Hearing Sciences from Washington State University in 1993. In June of 2010, she was awarded a Doctor of Audiology Degree from A.T. Still University.
Dr. Fehlig has done rotations in all aspects of Audiology including diagnostics, electrophysiology, hearing aids, & cochlear implants. Her current primary focus of clinical practice is cochlear implants. Dr. Fehlig’s professional organizations include American Academy of Audiology, Washington State Speech & Hearing Association, & the American Speech & Hearing Association.
Dr. Fehlig has done volunteer work in the area of Children with Special Health Care Needs throughout her career including Medical Homes Initiatives & Birth to Three Programs. In July 2006 Governor Gregoire nominated her for the position of Executive Commissioner for the State Interagency Coordinating Council for Birth to Three.
Betty Gilchrist, Au.D.
Dr. Betty Gilchrist is an audiologist who specializes in electrophysiological testing, including balance assessment and newborn hearing testing. Dr. Gilchrist also sees patients of all ages for diagnostic hearing testing. She has been with Spokane Ear, Nose and Throat clinic since 2005.
Dr. Gilchrist completed her masters degree in audiology from Washington State University in 2005 and her doctorate degree in audiology from Salus University in 2009. She is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.
Pamela Polensky-Bonser, Au.D.
Dr. Pamela Polensky-Bonser is an audiologist who specializes in cochlear implants. Cochlear implants include; evaluations, counseling, selection and programming implants. Dr. Polensky-Bonser also works in the clinic performing diagnostic evaluations on all ages of patients. She has been with Spokane Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic since 2003.
Dr. Polensky-Bonser completed her Master’s degree in audiology from Washington State University in 1998 and her doctorate degree in audiology from A.T. Still University in 2010. She is a certified audiologist with the American Speech-Language Association and licensed in the state of Washington. She is a member with the American Academy of Audiology and the Washington State Academy of Audiology.
Lindsay Fulfs, Au.D.
Dr. Lindsay Fulfs has been an audiologist at Spokane Ear, Nose and Throat since 2009. She received her Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2005 from Western Washington University and her doctorate in Audiology from the University of Washington in 2010.
Dr. Fulfs is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology. She currently does diagnostic hearing tests, videonystagmography testing, and computerized dynamic posturography.
Ceanne Evans, M.S.
Ceanne L. Evans joined Spokane Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic in 1978 as a Clinical Audiologist. Ceanne is certified through the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association and a fellow with the American Academy of Audiology. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders, with a minor in Psychology at North Dakota State University and a Master’s Degree in Audiology at the University of Wyoming in 1978. Ceanne dispensed hearing instruments for many years but now concentrates on special testing for dizziness patients and diagnostic hearing assessment for all age groups.
Kristen Panks, M.S.
Kristen Panks is an audiologist at Spokane ENT who specializes in cochlear implants. Although she sees both pediatric and adult patients, much of her career has been focused on pediatrics. Testing , evaluating, counseling and programming patients with cochlear implants is a part of her job but she also works in the clinic providing diagnostic testing. In addition to that she performs electophisological testing (ABR) on a regular basis. She has been with Spokane ENT since 2007.
Kristen earned her Master’s degree from Utah State University in 1997. She is in the process of obtaining her doctorate from A.T. Still University. She is certified through the American Speech Language and Hearing association and is a member of A.G. Bell Association for the Deaf.
Michele Greenwood, M.A.
Michele Greenwood has been an audiologist at Spokane Ear, Nose and Throat since 2000. She received her bachelors degree in Communication Disorders in 1994 from Eastern Washington University and masters degree in Audiology in 1997 from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
She has worked in most areas of audiology including diagnostics, electrophysiology testing, hearing aids and cochlear implants. She currently works part time doing diagnostic testing for all ages.
She is a member of the American Speech/Language Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology.
